Service Description
In an art therapy session tailored for an adult experiencing burnout from work and life, the focus is on providing a safe and non-judgmental space for the individual to express themselves creatively. The session typically begins with a brief check-in to understand the client's current emotional state and identify any specific feelings or issues they want to address. The art therapist may then suggest various art materials such as paint, clay, or markers, allowing the client to choose what resonates with them. Through the process of creating art, the client is encouraged to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences without the need for verbal expression. This can help the individual release pent-up feelings, gain insights into their challenges, and discover new coping mechanisms. Before each session, every participant will receive an art kit via mail, ensuring they have all the necessary supplies for a fulfilling experience.
