Step into The Retraining Room at The Color Gallery hosted weekly with NFL retired, Boo Williams, where art therapy and meditation come together to create a non-clinical, relaxing environment. No patient intake or mental assessment is required for this unique approach to therapy. Our goal is to recreate the comfortable, informal setting of a locker room, offering a space for healing and self-discovery through creative expression and mindful practices.
